Arkance acquires VinZero and becomes a global leader
On 1 June 2023, ARKANCE, a leading European company specialized in the digital transformation of the construction and industrial sectors, and a subsidiary of B2B services group Monnoyeur, has acquired VinZero, a company with a strong presence in the United States and in Asia.
VinZero’s purpose is to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies in architecture, engineering, construction, owner-operator, and manufacturing organisations.
Present in the United States, in Australia, in New Zealand, in the United Kingdom and in India, this major acquisition will enable ARKANCE to extend its global reach. The new entity will cover a total of more than 18 countries, supported by over 60 local offices. The new entity is positioning itself as a key player in supporting its customers in a decarbonation strategy.
