Our Human Resources Director, Helen Potter, initiated our first session of “Straight Talk”, a fresh and innovative format designed, for this first edition, to tackle any HR-related queries from our group.

In preparation for the event, we encouraged our colleagues to ask questions on a variety of topics, including work-life balance, recruitment tactics, and diversity efforts. With over 170 questions from various regions and subsidiaries around the world, it demonstrates the importance of open dialogue in our professional environment. Although we couldn’t address all questions live, we made sure to cover as many as possible.
