Motrix: Training young people and mentors

On 12 June, the mentors of the first Motrix cohort gathered at the Apprentis d’Auteuil headquarters for a training day dedicated to their key role in supporting young people.

The day provided an opportunity to:
Clarify the objectives of the Motrix programme
Gain a better understanding of the profiles of the young people recruited
Share best practices in mentoring and knowledge transfer
Strengthen collaboration between the entities of our group (Bergerat Monnoyeur, Aprolis, Eneria, Sitech) and the Apprentis d’Auteuil teams

Our trainees on professional training contracts are immersed in the group’s workshops and can count on trained, committed mentors who are ready to pass on their expertise… and their passion for the profession!

Because Motrix’s success depends as much on the quality of training as on the quality of support within the company.
