Motrix 1: A milestone achieved, a career begins!

On June 16, we had the pleasure of welcoming the apprentices from the Motrix program: Mahdi, Herick, Louis and Nawid to the Monnoyeur group headquarters for a ceremony marking the end of their training program.

Their diplomas were presented by Philippe Monnoyeur, in the presence of HR teams from Monnoyeur and Apprentis d’Auteuil, as well as their mentors, who supported them throughout this journey.

This success is already opening up new opportunities:

✅ Nawid is joining Bergerat Monnoyeur in Brécé on a permanent contract

✅ Mahdi will continue his career at RPA OMAN in Le Rheu on a fixed-term contract

These hires demonstrate our commitment to nurturing talent and creating genuine opportunities for growth within the group.
