Born from the meeting between the IMOCA Class, which brings together the skippers of the Vendée Globe, and the Lorient-based company Azimut, the Défi Azimut, an atypical ocean racing event, aims to combine performance, innovation and strategy.

For its 12th edition, new boats and experienced IMOCA boats will be present in Lorient for five days to compete in race mode and blow our minds. The race is made up of 3 stages:
– The Azimut Runs, timed with a crew (Wednesday 14th September).
– Les 48h d’Azimut (Thursday 15 to Saturday 17 September).
– The Chrono Tour de Groix (Sunday 18th September).

Monnoyeur and all its employees are behind Benjamin Ferré to support him during the different stages of this race with one goal in mind: the Route du Rhum 2022!
