Bergerat Monnoyeur’s new logistics platform
On Tuesday 4th April 2023, the inauguration of the project of the future Bergerat Monnoyeur’s Spare Parts Centre took place in Amblainville.
Philippe Monnoyeur, Nathalie Ravier, president of the Sablons community and Benoit Poussou, Bergerat Monnoyeur’s after-sales director, spoke before planting the first oak tree. Those present were able to exchange ideas around a buffet, before taking a tour of the site.
The new logistic platform in a few words:
In order to offer a faster and more efficient parts delivery, Bergerat Monnoyeur has decided to build a new 15,500 sqm logistic platform on a 71,000 sqm plot of land on the ZAC les Vallées in Amblainville.
With a stock of more than 60,000 parts, the future building will also include a workshop for the assembly of excavator tracks as well as a chain press, a workshop for the preparation of hydraulic hoses driving the arms of the machines and an assembly workshop. A large office area will house the teams responsible for direct sales of spare parts, after-sales service, their supply and transport. Eventually, almost 150 employees will work on a daily basis at the new site.
