Monnoyeur presents its partnership with DUO for a JOB

A few weeks ago, we organized a breakfast at Monnoyeur headquarters to welcome the DUO for a JOB association.

This event was an opportunity to highlight our partnership with DUO for a JOB, born of our joint collaboration with our skipper Benjamin Ferré.

The association’s concept? An intergenerational mentoring program that enables volunteers aged 50 and over (the mentors), to support young job-seekers (the mentees) and boost their chances of landing a job.

The aim of this meeting was to introduce our employees to the importance and benefits of sharing experience through the prism of Mentoring. Take a look at a few images of this wonderful morning, filled with exchanges and sharing.
