On December 12, ARKANCE – a subsidiary of the MONNOYEUR GROUP – acquired IMAGINEZ, a player in the digitalization of construction and industry in Burgundy & Franche Comté and thus strengthened its presence in a region at the forefront of the digital transition. ARKANCE completes its portfolio of BIM, CAD, CAM and PLM solutions and thus asserts its position as a leader in the distribution of technologies.
This acquisition is part of the MONNOYEUR GROUP’s strategy to deploy a network of local agencies throughout France in order to strengthen the local relationship with its customers – Building and Earthmoving Contractors, Mines and Quarry operators, Design Offices, Infrastructure Owners and Manufacturing Companies – in their digitalization projects.
“For several years, ARKANCE has been building a range of hardware, software and services to support the historical customers of GROUPE MONNOYEUR in their adoption of technologies to improve the productivity, the safety and the quality of their operations” says Freddy ROSPARS, Managing Director of ARKANCE SYSTEMS France.
Historically linked to the Construction business through its CATERPILLAR dealership activities in Europe, the group was able to perceive very early on the major impact that digitization would have on its customers in the long term.
The acquisition of IMAGINEZ strengthens ARKANCE’s position as a supplier of integrated solutions – software and hardware in France and more particularly in Burgundy & Franche Comté. The Group thus invests in a local distribution network but above all in a team of experts recognized and appreciated by their customers.
