E-learning and in-person modules, technical and regulatory training, development of managerial qualities, etc. Each company in the group deploys its own training catalogue to be as close as possible to the specificities of its markets and to the needs of its employees and their customers.

International mobility and transversality

Once they have been recruited, our employees have the opportunity to build a dynamic career thanks to our policy of transverse and international mobility. Our geographic coverage – we operate in 23 countries – and the corporate culture common to all our subsidiaries enable employees who wish to take on a new challenge to devote themselves to major projects in different countries and in different activities.

Another way to discover our company and the world: International Internship in a Company (VIE). Students and young people aged under 29 have the opportunity to join our Group, to acquire experience in the technical, commercial or engineering trades in a foreign country, thanks to this national programme.
